This site is located along Queens Crescent.  It is not located within a Conservation Area, nor is it a listed building. 

 

The site is large 4 storey building located on the corner of Queens Crescent and Marsden Street.  The building was a public house with ancillary accommodation on the upper levels.  There was an existing single storey extension that fronts Marsden Street and served as storage accommodation for the public house.  The buildings surrounding the application site are predominately residential.
